Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground lamb (or beef)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- Salt, pepper, and fresh thyme
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Heat a steel skillet over medium heat and cook the lamb until browned. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and carrots until tender, then add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Add the peas and cooked lamb.
- Transfer to a steel baking dish, layer mashed potatoes on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
